Our home is great for entertaining. On occasion, we have rented our unit for $5200-$5500 per month plus taxes and transfer fees in season. Hence, if you'er not ready to retire, but you want to take advantage of today's pricing, this is great way to offset some of the expenses of ownership until you are ready to retire. You're never sorry you bought the best was our thought, when we purchased the property. We are sad to leave.
